Big Diamond 12-14 year old Development Group

*12s that are moving up to Big Diamond.

This group is for first year guys on big diamond come Spring 2027 and guys who need more work on big diamond.

Lead Instructors:

Focus on strengthening skills with the transition to the big diamond both through practice and intrasquad games

Practice twice a week on field and intrasquad practice/games on Saturdays on big diamond- Intrasquad games will be player pitch unless run out of pitchers and we need coaches to throw

Facility practices focus on hitting.

Outdoor practice work on all the elements of big diamond; larger distance, pitching from stretch and baserunning with leads
