1 hour of sprint, plyo and body weight exercises. Athletes will perform a sprint and jump program designed to improve speed and power. This class is for any athlete, any sport.
This program will be run by Matt Delaney, certified strength and conditioning specialist. Matt has had years of experience in the industry and has coached under some of the best strength coaches in the industry. He previously worked at Mike Boyle strength and conditioning, where he gained experience coaching athletes at all levels from high school to professional.
